Harmonious, long-lingering chocolate taste with a pleasant bitterness. It's one of the best coffees I've had. So I'll be coming back to it. I just need to get a stronger grinder, mine jammed twice.
great balanced taste between chocolate and a subtly fruity flavor
Hi . The coffee is excellent, it's typically acidic - citrus fruit . I like it a lot . Not for those who prefer the taste of chocolate or tobacco .
Great coffee, beautifully complex and for me also well roasted, you can taste the character of the coffee itself, not the roast (tones)
Clear choice for anyone who loves cherries in chocolate 😊. The stated cinnamon is barely noticeable. A coffee ideal for Christmas time.
I can taste not just jasmine in it, but also green tea. I got a V60 just because of it and it's worth it! It's excellent, light, fresh, we'll definitely buy it again.

I hesitated for a long time what to write.
I haven't drunk anything worse in a long time, something so sour, that just won't do. Even under the communists the ordinary standard nicely ground in every corner shop was a delicacy compared to this. Never again!!!
I'd just be curious who wrote the description of this, as coffee?.★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 · Pavel Š. · 2026-11-02 · verified purchase
First I have to say, I'm no expert. Mild, pleasant taste. I make espresso, but I also tried Fpress and that worked too. There are almost no bad beans in the bag, which is very nice. Yeah, I'd buy it again. I like it.

I tried to prepare Palmor as espresso (Cafelat Robot), but in most cases it came out quite sour. Grind size 0.3.1 on 1Zpresso K-Ultra.
Surprisingly I liked it more as a filter (UFO). Grind size 0.8.0.★★★★☆ 4/5 · Jan E. · 2026-10-29 · verified purchase
Hello. I prepared this coffee both in a lever machine and in an automatic pressure coffee maker. I don't know why, but almost every time it tasted different. I tried to keep the dosage the same in both the lever and the automatic, and also the same amount of water. For the lever I ground the coffee as fine as possible, and set the automatic the same way. Brewing time lever 30s, auto up to 15s. Amount of water +- 30 ml.
The coffee was always a bit sour, sometimes more, sometimes less, and pleasantly so. Maybe citrus. But almost always there was a taste of very bitter chocolate, sometimes more, sometimes less. Overall I can say it's quite a bit better than the Tchibo I used before - the dark brown pack. Maybe I'll try another coffee from you, but if I have to compare taste and price, I'll probably settle for the cheaper one. So far my favorite coffee was Alfredo Espresso Tipo BAR. Now after years I'll taste it again and see. Maybe I'll order from you too.★★★★☆ 4/5 · Vladimír K. · 2026-10-28 · verified purchase
Palmor is great, I think it'll be a favorite. It feels mild to me, so coffee even several times a day, no problem🤩
I definitely want to try all the kinds and so far all of them have been excellent. I still have the coffee from the farmer lady ahead of me and of course I'm looking forward to any further gems.
Thank you that we can❤️★★★★★ 5/5 · Jana B. · 2026-10-27 · verified purchase
Making Palmor coffee isn't just an ordinary daily habit for me anymore, it's a ritual I enjoy incredibly. Already when you first open the bag, the intense chocolate aroma completely draws you in. And once you grind the beans, it's a whole other level. When drinking it, the chocolate base is then complemented by delicate, fresh fruity notes that make every sip a perfect experience.
What really got me at first sight though is the quality of the beans themselves. Honestly, I don't remember ever seeing coffee beans this big! When you buy classic brands from the store (like Tchibo and similar), every single bean is a different size and a different roast level. With Palmor, every bean is literally like a carbon copy of the next. You can tell they really care about the selection and quality.
The only downside? Once you've tasted coffee this good, the bar is set way too high. Coffee at work or at someone's place just won't taste good to you anymore! :D★★★★★ 5/5 · Michaela S. · 2026-10-27 · verified purchase
I'm not an expert but this Evelina coffee is definitely one of the best I've drunk I definitely recommend Mokka from Oskar

After this coffee your stomach definitely won't feel unpleasant. It's smooth and beautifully balanced in taste. From the very first cup I enjoy the notes of chocolate and nuts — they're mild enough not to overpower the coffee itself, yet distinct enough that you'll recognize them for sure. For me it's the ideal choice for anyone who likes to treat themselves to a good cup in the morning. So far I haven't found a single flaw in it.

I normally drink Lavazza selection coffees. If I can compare the difference, it's in the quality of the beans. They're more uniform and lighter. The aroma didn't seem as intense to me.
Taste-wise, very pleasant at first but with a more pronounced sourish finish. The acidity isn't intense, but it was there. So in the future I'd hesitate to buy it again.★★★★☆ 4/5 · Adrian S. · 2026-10-15 · verified purchase
Good day, what I had been drinking at home until now, that wasn't actually coffee. Those were tomatoes from the supermarket. Yours is different in everything, those are tomatoes from grandma's garden. Totally different league, like a different crop altogether. Different color, aroma and of course taste. I hadn't even opened the bag yet and the aroma through the valve was already amazing. So after opening I first enjoyed this coffee just by smelling it. That continued even after grinding it, and finally the smell of the brewed coffee, amazing. And the first cup? I had no idea coffee could taste so amazing. It didn't stop at one cup, so the first day with this coffee I enjoyed until 4am ;)
A few days later you restocked with more kinds, so I ordered again. Thank you for your honest work, all the best to you.★★★★★ 5/5 · Peter V. · 2026-10-14 · verified purchase

The most striking thing for me was the wonderful aroma, I'd describe it as "alive".
If someone isn't completely into very acidic coffees, but is slowly learning to leave burnt flavors behind, this is the coffee exactly for you :) slightly acidic, but that's definitely not its most striking attribute :)★★★★★ 5/5 · Miroslava K. · 2026-10-12 · verified purchase

This was my first experience with this brand and it pleasantly surprised me. I'm still "tuning" the coffee machine to get the most out of it. What bothered me outright is the small aftertaste, it fades quickly. Again, with adjusting the coffee machine this is still changing. thank you

Palmor was our first coffee from Evelina, and actually the very first quality coffee ever. That's why we gladly come back to it, it's excellent, balanced, a safe bet even for picky guests. Recommend!

The coffee is full of flavor, it pleasantly surprised me, this definitely wasn't my last order. The first cup surprised me with its creaminess, delicious taste and at the end a very mild acidity. Usually we're not satisfied at home with coffee from roasteries. The taste always disappointed us, here it's something completely different.
★★★★★ 5/5 · Jiří T. · 2026-10-03 · verified purchase
Very nice coffee. Perfect for espresso and milk-based espresso drinks. Also works well in a moka pot. It's pleasantly sweet with noticeable notes of chocolate. For me - a great coffee for everyday use, both as the first one in the morning and as a coffee for unexpected guests. I wish every coffee was at least this good a quality and tasted as good as this Castillo from the Colombian Sierra Nevada mountains. I have a big sentiment for coffee grown in this region. My journey into the world of coffee started with a coffee from this region that I once received as a gift. Palmor by Leon Royman only reinforces my conviction that Colombian coffee is a guarantee of good taste and quality.
And while we're on the topic of our coffee - I really liked the little card attached to the shipment with information on how long the coffee should rest after roasting?? That's professionalism and at the same time a great lesson for coffee lovers. 👏👏👏★★★★★ 5/5 · Krzysztof S. · 2026-10-02 · verified purchase

I'm still looking for a coffee that I'll always enjoy. When I go on trips, I actually have gas stations in the Czech Republic rated by the taste of their coffee. Hmm, too bad "Evelíno" you don't have a gas station too, I'd be a regular customer. For me, you have the best coffee. Thanks for being you.

For the year 2026 we have a home consumption of about 5kg of coffee, from mainstream to coffee from a small roastery, and out of 10 coffee brands Palmor is the one we'll come back to with another order - as an espresso the coffee tastes very good.

Excellent coffee and a nice presentation. I sometimes spend time in Costa Rica and especially in Panama (Del Istmo Conservation Center Panama), I like coffee even though I'm no expert - I just enjoy the taste. But the Evelyna coffee really got to me and I'll definitely order again. It's just a shame that demand in the Czech Republic probably still exceeds supply.

I'll try it from a different angle. I was really impressed by your educational videos about harvesting, preparation, etc. The footage repeated a bit later on, but I'd definitely keep doing this. When the coffee arrived, I checked out its smell and it smelled great. The beans looked gorgeous too, really can't be compared to the junk you can buy in a store. Skipping ahead - I also like the approach where you ask how the customer got on after the purchase (pretty thoroughly). About the coffee: we make it in a Sage lever espresso machine. I know we won't make coffee as good as in a cafe, where the machines are on a higher level. But even so, the coffee was excellent. A bit sour - I prefer non-sour coffees, but here it somehow didn't bother me. It was really excellent. I wanted to take off half a star for that "sourness", but it wasn't possible. Writing this now, I'd change it to 5 (can't), because everything around it is excellent. At the time of purchase there was only one coffee available, which is a shame.

The coffee blew me away with its amazing aroma, unfortunately the smell was better than the taste.
At the end I noticed a slight sourness, my friend liked it, but personally I'm not a fan of sour coffees.
Maybe I made a mistake in preparation, but I tried finer and coarser grinds, longer and shorter brewing times, and I just couldn't find the ideal taste for myself.★★★☆☆ 3/5 · Martin N. · 2026-07-16 · verified purchase

★★★★★ 5/5 · Aneta B. · 2026-07-15 · verified purchase
It differs from any regular coffee I've drunk in absolutely everything.
In the color of the bean, the aroma and especially the lightness of the finished drink, even though the coffee isn't "weak" in any way
I'd say the coffee is suitable for anyone who can't stand bitterness in coffee and unpleasant heartburn for example, or a sweaty forehead ;) after a very strong espresso

The coffee didn't surprise me at all with anything exceptional. It's rather strong and bitter. I'd say just an ordinary strong coffee. In the bag there are fragments, beans of different sizes and colors. It doesn't seem to me that this is the advertised amazing interesting coffee.

Thanks to your coffee I finally learned how coffee should really taste. For many years I drank coffee from various companies and I thought coffee was supposed to be bitter and heavily roasted, but that's not how it is, as you say in your videos. An interesting coffee with a fairly versatile potential. I tried different brewing methods, V60, Aeropress and espresso. Personally, it worked best for me on filter.
V60 nicely pulled out the fruity flavors, and with a slightly finer grind (I usually grind on a Timemore C3S at 15-16 clicks, here I mostly moved between 13-14) the resulting taste covered all the listed descriptors. With a coarser grind at 15 clicks, the result was pleasantly tea-like, overall lighter, but with less pronounced sweetness.
Aeropress (inverted method, 14g coffee, 200g water, total extraction time 1:30) pulled out maximum sweetness and full body, but brought acidity down to a minimum. For people who like non-acidic coffees, this would be the ideal brew.
On espresso the taste was much more balanced and in the cup you could find both pronounced sweetness and pleasant fruity acidity.
This definitely wasn't the last time I had this coffee :)
My TOP recipe:
V60
14g coffee, Timemore C3S 14 clicks
0:00 pour 45g bloom
0:45 top up to 115g
1:15 top up to 170g
1:45 top up to 200g
2:30 end★★★★★ 5/5 · Martin R. · 2026-07-07 · verified purchase
I've been following you on Instagram for a few months now, so I was looking forward to my first coffee and it didn't disappoint me. It's really smooth, it smells great, it's a joy to drink it plain, without milk, without sugar, without anything. We make it in a classic coffee maker or in the manual lever coffee maker ROK Espresso which I have at work, and there I also tried cappuccino (see photo).
I bought it for myself and for my mom, who until now bought classic commercial coffees, into which she was used to putting a lot of milk. I taught her to enjoy this coffee without milk, as an Espresso, it took her a while, but now she wrote to me that she likes the coffee a lot and that she now makes it for guests too, who then ask what excellent coffee this is and say they'll want to order some too.★★★★★ 5/5 · Petr K. · 2026-07-07 · verified purchase

Even though I always used to buy some bio fairtrade coffee, never a supermarket blend, Evelina coffee has, so to speak, suited me perfectly. It's complex in taste, or rather complete, I don't feel any empty spot in the taste. I'm one of those who don't like acidic coffees. And this coffee does have a gentle acidity. But it's really probably fruity, natural in taste, just the right amount. I'll definitely order again. And the fact that I know exactly where it's from, who's behind it, that's an extra benefit.
★★★★★ 5/5 · Radka V. · 2026-07-07 · verified purchase
Too acidic for us, we prefer a more bitter, earthier taste. I know, dark roasting ruins the subtle undertones, but it's like with wine, some like it dry, others prefer it sweeter. If you ever have a low acidity coffee available, we'd be very happy to try it.
Anyway, thanks for your amazing Colombian story, take care.

Normally we buy 80 arabica/20 robusta bean coffee at home from a regular store - Lidl, Makro,... But this coffee is much tastier, more fragrant and the beans are all alike. I was drawn to the nutty notes, but I found it more sour.

I prefer coffees with low acidity. This coffee has a more acidic taste, but I have to admit I'm surprised how the rest of the flavor rounds out such an overall aftertaste that I don't feel like going back to low acidity coffees. I should note that I prepare it through a french press, through an espresso machine it was much more acidic for me. Evelina offered me a really quality coffee, one I'm not ashamed to pay extra for. After all, coffee isn't cheap, so why waste it on something that isn't quality. And after comparing the beans of this coffee with the beans of mass producers, believe me, these producers don't care that you're drinking low quality beans too. I'm happy with this experience.

The coffee is excellent, I taste chocolate, aftertaste nuts, the acidity is lower when you let the coffee rest for at least 14 days. Then the whole flavor profile really comes out. I think anyone who loves coffee will appreciate this coffee, for me it's a coffee for everyday drinking.

I can't taste in coffee what the experts describe, but in layman's terms it's incomparably better than coffee from the usual chains.
What was interesting for me was that the espresso had more acidity, which my sweet-toothed son likes. I tried it in a french press and I'll stick with that. We always look forward to Colombian beans at home. Especially when roasters prefer or bring in beans from Brazil, Costa Rica, Rwanda, Honduras, Indonesia and the like for a while.
This Colombia isn't the fermented hipster style, but a fine normal coffee that you look forward to...
Usually the first cup is either nothing special or great. And the next one tastes different again. Sometimes it takes a few tries to hit it right...

The coffee was just as you promise in your videos from Colombia - beans consistent, no defects, lighter roast, beautiful aroma. Nice packaging, nice little touches like a sticker, but mainly the roast date etc.
• In flat white it had a delicious, gentle taste.
• The only thing that didn't suit me - as espresso it was quite acidic for me.

I don't consider myself a big coffee expert, I make it at home in a completely classic way, but right after the first sip you can tell it's really high quality. It's super balanced, not bitter or sour at all, and has such a pleasant, naturally sweetish taste. I'll definitely order again, you did a great job with this one. I'm already looking forward to the next package. Great work, keep it up

The coffee is full-bodied, lightly roasted. Beautiful aroma of the bean. You can't taste any bitterness in it. It's fresh. The roast date is stated on the package. Every bean is whole, without damage. Truly excellent taste. So far the best coffee I've ever drunk. I have no complaints. The only thing is it ran out fast, because my husband started drinking it too, who hadn't drunk coffee until now. And the second downside is that no other coffee tastes good to me anymore, so for work I make two cappuccinos at home in the morning into a thermos, and I'm not tempted to go to a café for coffee anymore either. And I was very surprised that independently of me, my son started doing the same thing, whom I gave 1kg as a birthday present. I warmly recommend it.

Really delicious coffee with beautiful small beans, like little pebbles. I most often prepare your Mokka using the filtered V60 method, that's where its chocolate and fruity taste really shines. For me it's an entry into the world of coffee with a specific story, and I like that. Your journey to coffee in Colombia also appealed to me. So I ordered Palmor, tried Mokka. I'll stick with both and keep exploring.

I normally drink espresso. Not the Italian over-roasted kind, but from small roasteries. Compared to a smooth, chocolatey espresso, the Mokka is fresh, light, pleasant, unobtrusively fruity. I get strawberries, lemon and asparagus in there. As a filter coffee it's well balanced in taste. No aftertaste left once you've drunk it. Definitely one for people who love filtered coffee. Lovers of Italian coffee, whose flavor tends to be strong and robust to earthy, won't enjoy it much in my opinion. But it's definitely worth trying! Thanks for the experience!

It was great, but I wasn't used to it. Every next cup confirms to you that this is quality coffee. It's for anyone who wants to drink quality coffee. For anyone who doesn't mind grinding a few beans every day. Because that ritual is important. Otherwise you'd better just buy coffee in a store. I don't know of anything that didn't suit me. Personally, this coffee didn't win me over. I prefer coffees with a fuller chocolate profile and lower fruitiness. In this coffee I noticed pronounced fermented notes reminiscent of fermented fruit, which didn't work for my taste. But that's purely a matter of personal preference - lovers of naturally processed, fruity and strongly fermented coffees may find exactly what they're looking for here. I'm not questioning the quality of the coffee in any way, it's just not the right choice for my taste profile.

I'm a lover of good, quality coffee that I enjoy savoring. I was really looking forward to this coffee and naturally couldn't help having high expectations. I always try to keep those in check though, so I can stay as objective as possible. Still, I found certain hidden expectations in myself, even though I tried to resist them. After the first sip I have to say that even those high expectations ended up falling far short of the actual impression. The coffee is absolutely amazing – all my caution turned out to be unnecessary. The intensity, the explosion of flavors, their transformation and the aftertaste… Drinking and savoring this coffee is a powerful sensory experience for me.
Most often I make espresso in an automatic coffee machine that I take great care of. I don't use sugar or milk. I prefer a finer grind and I think I've managed to set it so that this way I can pull out the best that the coffee beans have to offer.
I'm not a big fan of filtered coffee, because I often taste the paper it flows through in its flavor. I have hypersensitive sensory perception related to ASD, which also affects the way I experience flavors. Personally I see coffee as one of the Earth's gifts :-)
Thank you for your coffee education on social media, and I wish you continued success in the field.

I've never drunk anything like this.
If I hadn't prepared it myself, I probably wouldn't even recognize it as coffee.
First I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the beans, they're totally tiny. The taste is extremely mild and despite a slight acidity it's not sour at all, more like refreshing tones (something like fruit juices), almost no bitterness, a coffee taste like I don't know it. Fantastic.★★★★★ 5/5 · Roman D. · 2026-07-06 · verified purchase
A very different coffee, one that far surpassed other "coffees" in taste. This is an incredible taste experience. For some it might be so different that they won't believe such a high quality coffee can even taste this way. Already the aroma alone hints that Mokka will be an unusual taste experience. After grinding, the smell spreads through the whole apartment. I most often prepare it as filter coffee with a Hario set including the filter. It's just a shame that it uses more coffee per brew. If I get the chance, I would buy it again. This coffee variety, and the way it's roasted, has definitely won me over. It has a very distinct cocoa taste, which gradually turns into a hint of fruit with a small touch of cinnamon at the end. For me it's always a refreshing experience.

I appreciate that this coffee was still left for me to buy :-), I know it sold out fast, I like that I don't get that rush of heat from it, the intensity is smooth and stable, just medium really, unfortunately I just pour water over it, a coffee machine I'm still only planning to buy

Before I saw the plantation videos from Evelína, I only drank coffee occasionally in cafes. As a trial I bought Mokka, because I was intrigued that it wasn't a common type of coffee bean. When it arrived home, I told myself it would be a shame to ruin it with careless preparation. I looked through guides for Pour-Over V60 and bought a grinder, dripper, filters, thermometer... And since then I drink it regularly :) I'm just sorry Mokka isn't available anymore. It's far more delicate than anything I've tasted so far in cafes. Although the acidity and bitterness vary, I'm still learning to find the right process. The results are a bit like a see-saw. But that makes me even happier when I manage to nail it and the fruity notes come to the front.
Thank you for the amazing education and for the push to start experimenting with coffee flavor at home on my own.
When brewing at home I feel an even greater sense of sacredness, knowing where the beans ripen, who grows them and how carefully they process them.★★★★★ 5/5 · Jan E. · 2026-07-05 · verified purchase
Good morning, Mrs. Eva!!!
The coffee you suggested is very interesting, but only true connoisseurs will appreciate it, mainly because of its specific and intense fruity taste. Your coffee reminds me a lot of the coffee created by the Milan roastery Gardelli as part of the Mzungu Project. The most interesting thing is that this coffee, coming from Uganda, was named the best coffee in the world in 2017. Personally, I like your Colombian mokka better, because it has less intense fruity notes than the Gardelli coffee. I also did a little experiment and mixed your mokka with robusta in a 50/50 ratio (Robusta from Rwanda, from the Twongere region, SCA-86). Despite this blend, the fruity note of the mokka was still quite noticeable.
Gardelli built his coffee on the SL 28 variety, but the flavor similarity with your Colombian mokka doesn't surprise me - because, as legend has it, SL 28 is a cross of various arabica varieties from Yemen, including the mokka variety.
Whatever else I might say - I think you managed to find a coffee to go conquer the world with. Connoisseurs will appreciate it, and even a coffee master like Gardelli will be surprised.
P.S. If possible, I have a small request. For a few years now I have been importing from Spain, for my own private use, Colombian coffees produced by the Juan Valdez association. My question is - if you have had the chance to come across this brand - how do you rate it??★★★★★ 5/5 · Krzysztof S. · 2026-07-05 · verified purchase
If I go back to the first cup, shock. We're used to organic arabica. Me, 5-6 coffees a day. Everything more or less in the spirit of Italian espresso. The first sip of Mokka was a shock, the second sip started the "expert" evaluation. "A warm fruity drink with a coffee flavor? Is this what real coffee tastes like? So what have I been drinking until now?" Only by the third cup did I start to perceive the full flavor, plus the awareness of quality and origin, hand in hand with all the health benefits, I can say with a clear conscience that I've never had better coffee. Oh and my wife fell in love with it instantly :-)

The coffee pleasantly surprised me. Already after the first sip you could feel a more pronounced fruity character, but at the same time without the unpleasant acidity that I sometimes don't get along with in similar coffees. The taste was nicely balanced, sweetish, mellow and very drinkable.
I liked that the fruity notes didn't feel aggressive, but rather natural and clean. In the cup you could feel red fruit, a gentle sweetness and a pleasant body. Overall a very successful coffee, one I could buy again. I bought this coffee on your recommendation and I don't regret it. I decided, when I'm home and have time, that I want to treat myself to a really good coffee, prepare it calmly and drink it calmly, and that I don't want to sweeten it, that I really just want the delicious taste of coffee. All of this came true for me. The coffee is velvety, full and at the same time light. No killer kick. It's possible that you could make a very strong wake-up coffee with your heart pounding from it, but I don't crave anything like that. So far I use a "vietnamese" pot for preparation, which costs a few crowns and works perfectly great. And I don't know if it's because of the preparation, or the type of coffee, but I can have it even later in the afternoon and have no trouble falling asleep. So for me, definitely a coffee in the style of stop, enjoy, smile 😊

1. How is it different from what you normally drink? And what would someone who's on the fence need to hear?
It's different in absolutely everything. I taste real coffee in it. Before, coffee seemed pretty good to me, but ever since I tried the coffee from Evelína, it's a lot better and different. The whole story behind it plays a role too. And what should someone hesitating hear? Definitely don't hesitate, just try it, everyone has to try it for themselves, go by their own taste and find time for it.
2. Go back to the first cup. What caught you about it?
Honestly, I used to be used to stronger coffees, so the first cup didn't quite suit me because of the more pronounced citrus notes. But after another cup I got used to it and found that this kind of coffee does me good and tastes really nice. A lot depends on the way it's prepared and how well one can enjoy it.
3. Who is it made for and who should rather avoid it?
It's actually for everyone who takes the time to enjoy it their own way and knows what suits their body. There's no clear-cut answer. Some people have it with milk (although in my opinion that kills the taste of this kind of coffee), for others milk doesn't sit well. Everyone who loves coffee has to try for themselves what suits them, also with regard to their stomach.
4. And what didn't suit you? Feel free to be honest.
At first the higher acidity didn't suit me, but after five or six cups I got used to it. It was simply because I was coming from a completely different type of coffee. You need to try and taste. In the end it suited me really well and it smells wonderful.★★★★★ 5/5 · David K. · 2026-08-17 · verified purchase
This was the first time I made coffee through a filter, and after a long time I drank black coffee without milk. Personally, strong bitterness in coffee bothers me, because then it kind of loses its point for me, and I simply enjoy different flavors. If someone blindfolded me and had me taste it blind, I would really feel like I was drinking fruit tea - and that's what I enjoy about it: no bitterness, just a lot of fruity flavors. According to the packaging I should also taste milk chocolate, but unfortunately I don't taste that.
Until now I've made coffee exclusively with a moka pot and made myself a sort of cappuccino, but I think filter brewing has kicked off my new way of preparing coffee. I'll be looking forward to the next coffee I try from Evelina.★★★★☆ 4/5 · Filip D. · 2026-08-10 · verified purchase

The coffee leaves rings in the cup, which shows the quality of the bean. The beans are all roasted evenly. The taste of this coffee is great, balanced, on the first sip a delicate fruit taste with a hint of mild acidity, leading into a mild sweetness. But everyone feels it differently. For me a great choice. And I also really like it when the coffee has a history. Anyone who's a coffee lover like me should learn something about it. I like reading who, where and how the coffee is grown. There's a lot that could be said about coffee.

The coffee was excellent, but the Bourbon from Andrés was better, its taste was more pronounced.

I enjoy fermented coffees and their varied acidity. This one is pleasantly mild and I can taste both tea and fruit sweetness in it. It's interesting how the taste of the coffee changes with its temperature and how different flavors gradually stand out. Great coffee!

This is my third coffee from you and I just love how every sip is a different new taste, that black tea flavor is very pleasant
Say hi to the farmers 😅★★★★★ 5/5 · Zuzana B. · 2026-08-19 · verified purchase
Great coffee, which without any torture became part of my afternoon coffee ritual. When drinking it, the taste of black tea really dominates, so even though I bought Geisha as a summer product, I feel autumn in it ;-)
I recommend letting the coffee cool down a bit, that way the fruity and pleasant sour aftertaste comes out better. And if you focus a little, maybe like me you'll find a bit of chocolate on your tongue too!★★★★★ 5/5 · Filip M. · 2026-08-17 · verified purchase
Hello, I mostly don't write reviews but I have to make an exception for you too, this coffee is compared to the ordinary coffee I used to drink very tasty, mild and I can feel its taste in my mouth long after I finished drinking it.
Its smell after grinding is almost intoxicating, the taste of the coffee really reminds you of coffee and tea in one with mild citrus notes.
Originally it was meant for my wife who showed me that coffee tastes different than the ordinary one from the store but I have to admit that I drink most of it myself.
I can't fault this coffee or any of the ones I have from you, I'm very glad I discovered you and your coffee.★★★★★ 5/5 · Martin V. · 2026-08-14 · verified purchase
In the first brew, the taste of tea prevailed, good black tea. Pleasant. In the following ones, more of a fruity taste and acidity. But even when finishing the cooled down rest in the cup, it wasn't sour. Which often happens...
I recommend it especially to those who don't like a "sour filter".
But a hundred beans, a hundred tastes... A hundred people, a hundred tastes... A hundred brews, a hundred tastes...★★★★★ 5/5 · Petr E. · 2026-08-10 · verified purchase
Excellent mild coffee, with a fruity taste. After a long time, a fresh summer coffee tasted. Great for me. Waiting for Oskar. And looking forward to it.
