We roast in small batches and ship as soon as we can. Here is what delivery costs, when your coffee arrives and how you can pay.

- We ship on business days, the same day for orders by 10:00

Pickup in Kyjov
Collect your order for free at our store. Choose Pickup at checkout; it is usually ready within 24 hours. You can also drop by and buy coffee without ordering.

Dispatch and freshness
Orders placed on a business day by 10:00 leave the same day, later ones the next business day. Delivery times come from when our parcels actually arrived over the past months and are refined every night. Each coffee’s page shows when we ship it and when it reaches you, and your order confirmation names the exact day.
We roast in small batches so your coffee is always fresh. The roast date is printed on the bag.
Returns and complaints
You can return goods within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as they are undamaged and in their original packaging. You can cancel an order within 1 hour by email or phone.
Report a complaint to info@kavaevelina.cz or +420 723 176 606. We handle it as soon as we can, within 30 days at the latest.
