Eva lives right in Colombia, where she personally buys coffee from farmers in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. It's not a brand that sends a buyer once a year. Eva is there. She knows the farmers, monitors the harvest, and knows exactly what happens to the coffee from cherry to export.
