Eva lives right in Colombia, where she personally buys coffee from farmers in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. This is not a brand that sends a buyer once a year. Eva is there. She knows the farmers, follows the harvest and knows exactly what happens to the coffee from cherry to export.
